How we cultivate>
- We combine ancestral family practices with the latest technological developments in olive oil production
- We only use proper agricultural processes
- The olives are carefully picked by our family and extracted the same day at the local mill (minimal oxidation)
- We harvest timely to make sure it is a high quality Extra virgin olive oil (less than 0.8% oleic acid)
