Vassae Multivarietal est une huile d'olive extra vierge grecque de première qualité provenant exclusivement de la région montagneuse de Figalia. Son goût complexe provient des variétés locales d'olives Koroneiki, Manaki, Olympia et Kalamata, qui poussent juste en dessous de la plus haute altitude à laquelle les oliviers survivent. Récoltées à la main et pressées en quelques heures, elles produisent un jus fruité à l'odeur riche. Piquante, légèrement épicée et parfaitement équilibrée avec des notes de tomates, d'artichaut et d'herbes fraîches, cette huile d'olive est soigneusement scellée, protégée par la lumière, l'oxygène et la chaleur jusqu'à ce qu'elle atteigne votre table.

A sense from Mediterranean
I can't believe how the aromas of this oil drive me to memories with my family, on vacations around Mediterranean sea. Unique flavour, great for fresh salads and cooking.

Of superb quality
Very fine and smooth taste with long lasting and remarkably elegant after-taste. Bright golden colour and a lemony pungent smell with a dominant flowery aroma. The black bottle adds up to the overall experience and was a pleasure always having it on the dining table.

An excellent, premium experience from a premium brand
I recently purchased two bottles of Vassae olive oil and I need to say that everything was better than expected. Having experience with similar products from other websites, I was impressed by the very timely delivery of the products. The bottles are of excellent quality and unparalleled design - I don't think I have seen such an aesthetic design in an olive oil bottle before. It ties excellently with the content - as the olive oil itself has incredible taste and it is clear of premium quality. Excellent experience, definitely recommend!
